Making the PCN's exhibition open to the public

The first 3 days of regular PCN tours are behind us! From Friday to Sunday, about 800 people visited our Center. There are, of course, already the first opinions, comments. Thank you for both the positive and critical ones, thanks to which we can improve the functioning of PCN "Lukasiewicz".
 
On Friday, March 31, 2023, the first day of the regular tour, we invited press representatives to a conference, followed by a tour of the exhibition and studios. Present at the meeting was the director of the Provincial Cultural Center Mr. Damian Drąg, as well as the deputy director for PCN Mr. Tomasz Michalski. PCN team leaders were also available to the journalists. 

At the outset, the guests were welcomed by Damian Drąg, director of the Provincial House of Culture, during the press conference he noted that PCN is in constant development. - It's not that today we are closing a certain period and in such constancy we will continue for years. The program offer, especially the studios, will change. We want to inspire action, but also combine scientific themes with the humanities and the cultural heritage of the Podkarpackie region. - emphasized the director.
- I am very proud of the fact that after so many years of effort it was possible to open the PCN and of the people who worked together to bring this idea to life. - Said Tomasz Michalski, deputy director of the Rzeszow WDK for the Subcarpathian Science Center "Lukasiewicz". - And we have our "Łukasiewicz", the first such science center in this part of the country. And we also have ambitions to be not only for Podkarpacie, but also to create a certain space for the popularization of science for our neighboring regions, but also for visitors from Ukraine and Slovakia. There are conditions and predispositions for this, to really become such an institution that on this side of the Vistula will popularize science in a modern and friendly way for everyone, to show what the world is attractive, interesting, what can be discovered. Because discovery is at the heart of our existence and building our civilization. - he continued.
