Vitamin C cruise

We are taking vitamin C on board our ship! 

During the workshop in the chemistry lab, participants will find out what products the popular vitamin C is found in, and what its deficiency results in. Each workshop participant will conduct experiments for the presence of vitamin C in a sample and then determine its content in fresh fruit, food products and pharmaceutical preparations. 

Duration: 1.5 hours.

Group size: max. 16 participants (including caregiver)

Minimum age of workshop participant: 9 years old. Children under the age of 13 are accompanied by an adult. The carer is required to purchase a ticket. We encourage you to experiment together.
