Grades 7-8

Grades 7-8

Exhibition

We invite students in grades 7-8 to discover a fascinating exhibition full of interactive stations that explain science, technology, and nature in an accessible way. Young science enthusiasts can enjoy the popular “Aviation” exhibition with a flight simulator on a moving platform and a real airplane. Students will learn about different types of flying structures, the history of aviation, and understand the basic principles of physics (including Bernoulli's principle). The “Nature” exhibition presents ecosystems, natural processes, and human impact on the environment. Here, students can understand how different types of power plants work, learn about alternative energy sources, and find out more about the structure of our planet and biodiversity in nature. All levels are connected by the “I Live” exhibition, which shows how the human body works: from the body's motor skills to the processes necessary for life, to a detailed discussion of the senses.  In the outdoor area, there is an additional open-air exhibition, where one of the attractions is the AN-2 aircraft, one of the most recognizable models produced in Mielec. The exhibits there help visitors understand how flying machines work and combine science with sound through interactive musical installations.

Educational trails

For grades 7–8, we have also prepared thematic educational trails that facilitate sightseeing and help students discover scientific content on their own. Each trail includes a suggested route, specific stations, and questions.

  • Ornithology
  • Travel
  • Path for active people
  • In the footsteps of Leonardo da Vinci
  • Secrets of healthy eating
  • Air pollution
  • Become a detective at Pcn!
