At the Podkarpackie Science Center, lifelong learning takes on a whole new dimension. Discover the fascinating world of science through interactive exhibits and engaging workshops! The Podkarpackie Science Center is a space for all science enthusiasts who, regardless of age, want to explore the secrets of nature, technology, and the human body, and experiment during workshops. It is the perfect place to broaden your horizons and test your knowledge in practice, for children, adults, and seniors alike!
Exhibition
The exhibitions spread over three floors allow you to explore various fields of science:
“Aviation” exhibition
Learn about the principles of aerodynamics and the mechanics of aircraft flight! Test the flight simulator to experience the work of a pilot and discover how aviation has evolved and how a jet engine works.
Nature Exhibition
Discover nature on different scales – from the micro world to full-size ecosystems. Learn about alternative energy sources, how power plants work, and eco-friendly solutions for the future. Based on the concept of the elements, the exhibition creates a coherent narrative about biodiversity, the history of Earth, and the need to protect it.
The “I Live” Exhibition
Learn about the functioning of the human body through interactive experiments! Discover the secrets of biology, chemistry, and physics that shape everyday life. The exhibition is divided into five thematic zones, allowing for a logical exploration of knowledge in a systematic way.
Outdoor exhibition
The outdoor exhibition is open 24 hours a day, and on selected days (information available at the ticket office) it is possible to visit the AN-2 aircraft manufactured at the State Aviation Works in Mielec.
Workshops
For enthusiasts of experiments and new technologies, we have prepared creative educational workshops in five studios:
- chemistry studio,
- robotics studio,
- biology and ecology studio,
- physics studio,
- FabLab.
Workshop schedule:
- Tue-Thu: 9:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 2:00 p.m.
- Fri: 9:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 2:00 p.m., 4:30 p.m., 7:00 p.m.
- Sat-Sun: 2:00 p.m., 4:30 p.m., 7:00 p.m.
Relaxation zone
Each floor of the Indoor Exhibition Zone has relaxation rooms – ideal places to rest after intensive sightseeing. Comfortable armchairs, soothing animations, and sounds help you relax and gather strength for further exploration of the exhibition.

Family ticket - PLN 90/4 people.
Ticket for 2 adults + 2 children (children under 18) + PLN 22.50 – ticket for each additional child as part of a family ticket.
